The #Braves today reinstated INF Ozzie Albies from the 10-day injured list after optioning INF Johan Camargo to the club’s alternate training site following last night’s game.
ETA: I wish he could pitch.

Camargo and his cannon arm should pitch... would probably be better than Wright

I have no words of encouragement. These last two games have been entirely too frustrating to watch. Hopefully Ozzie coming back will give this team a jolt of energy.

Ozzie may be what this offense needed. A guy in the back half of the lineup who can produce runs outside of homers. Dansby is usually that guy, but he’s been batting 1 or 2.
So
1. Acuña CF
2. Dansby SS
3. Freeman 1B
4. Ozuna DH
5. d’Arnaud C
6. Markakis RF
7. Riley 3B
8. Duvall LF
9. Ozzie 2B
That lineup is just ridiculous. We need to get our head out of our asses.

Finally. Now let’s find some pitchers and bring them up. Anyone that can breathe will probably be better then what we have right now.

We don't need more guys developed by our pitching staff. time to go get Bartolo

I would hit Ozzie 5th or 6th. Markakis should be hitting 9th probably.

Eventually I think I’d like him at 2nd. I just think he should start off with Acuña protecting him.

Would be nice but I think Snit would rather eat glass.

news/Braves beat: Ozzie returns to the lineup tonight!
Braves fans: *unimpressed* but can he pitch?

I may be completely wrong but I would rather Albies 9 instead of Inciarte. Better chance of Acuna coming up with someone on base.

Well I wasn’t expecting that.

Seeing another one of our shite pitchers going up against another good young pitcher is never not sobering.
I just can't get excited about this team because our pitching is that fricked.
After last season's game 5 loss, we were all in that thread saying how this season had to be all about finally winning a playoff series, we're in no position to do that and it's infuriating watching another year with Freddie and the young core get wasted because our franchise puts zero premium on starting pitching.
I'll still watch the games and I'll still hope we win every game, but I can't get over the fact that this team is severely flawed.

It's still somewhat unbelievable how god awful our starting pitchers (outside of Fried and Anderson) are. I was frustrated when the trade deadline came and passed, but thought we might be alright still. AA really looks like he fricked up by not getting another good/proven starter.
Trying not to dwell on the negative, but frick, our starters from 3 on are just terrible.

There really was no excuse to let the Padres get Clevinger.

I hope the Fox Sports Go app is functional tonight.
