Yeah. Pretty much what I meant. Worried about the game tomorrow not being played and having to play it before a 1 game playoff vs the Phils. We also have a game we have to come back from down 4-5 in the 5th vs Padres. Also as a Braves fan all I can think is that Bohm call gonna keep us out by a game. I know some of y’all will disagree but I’d rather a sweep in the playoffs rather than not making them at all.

I think it goes down to the last weekend for sure
Last six are against Phillies and Mets. That's when it'll be decided.
Mets? I would be shocked to see them compete since St. Louis swept them already!

While they are 3 games below .500. They’re also only 5.5 out. You just never know this time of year. Clearly the worst division in baseball this year. Their next 3 vs the Phils is basically their season. Get swept they are done. Take 2/3 still have a chance. Sweep them and they’re right in the mix of it all. Especially if we keep playing like this

Remember the one St. Louis clinched the last wildcard spot over Atlanta when Atlanta could win 1 game of the series against a weak team? That was a wild one!

Must have drank that one out of the memory bank. Sorry. Maybe try the STL thread

I am trying to warn Alanta fans to tell your team to stop the bleeding and make sure not to repeat a similar result from that time when St. Louis stole the last wildcard spot away from Atlanta. If I were Atlanta I would go to some games and start yelling at the players and manager to start playing better and do not let the fans down. Also mention the time when Atlanta lost the last wildcard spot due to losing to a bad team 3 in a row at the end of the season to lose the wildcard spot. I think you and the rest of the fans need to get out to the games to get your team to be motivated again and bring back the energy to the players. Good luck to your team.

Phillies were 102-60.

Field is a mess and game is delayed so grounds crew can get it ready to go. Braves aiming for a 2:15 start today.

Sounds like this isn't happening today. Go get on the plane and get to San Francisco ASAP.

The NL East pennant will be won by the team that sucks the least the rest of the way.
The Mets have to beat Wheeler, Nola and Gibson this weekend. That series favors the Phillies. The Braves will lose at least 2 of 3 in SF. I am looking for the Mets to get swept this weekend.
Its going to come down to the final series against the Phillies. Even though the series is in Atlanta, recent play suggests that home field is not an advantage for Atl.
Finally, if Tookie has to ever pitch again for Atlanta this season, its not a good sign. May we please be rid of him after this season and yes, I realize that another organization will develop him and he will come back one day to beat our asses

It was a fun comeback story but his last 4 starts or so have been rough. I believe he has started his last game in a Braves uniform and I'm not sure how they handle that rotation spot going forward.

Dude is straight up trash. Why Snit keeps putting him out there in the 9th is mind boggling.

The Braves are hitting .054 (2-37) in the 10th inning this season.
