Astros have won 100 games this season

They are the first defending World Series Champion to do so since the 1990 Oakland A's.
The Astros have now won 100 or more games in a season three times (1998, 2017, 2018). This is the first time in franchise history they have won 100 games in back to back seasons.
1998---102-60
2017---101-61
2018---100-57 (five games remain)

If i wouldn’t know any better and was following a DAT thread on a day they lost a game, one would think they lost 100 games in the middle of a rebuild.

By the way, never a doubt. This team just plugs players in and they’ve done it withou a healthy Correa. And I doubt he’s healthy for the playoffs, regardless of his return.

A lot of negativity in the DAT, I agree.
Hard to follow each day, but there are some good ol Astros baws in there who deserve these 100 win seasons (yourself included).

True but I’m just talking about the regular seasons. We already know we’re playoff bound but the Berkman and Burke days (and to a certain extent Bags and Biggio), we never knew if we’d even make the playoffs let alone get to the WS

He won't be healthy for the playoffs, but we really could use him for his defense more than anything if he can play through the injury and not have the defense suffer. He may have had struggles at plate this year, but he took a huge step defensively this year and a infield of Bregman, Correa, Altuve and Gurriel behind that rotation is huge advantage.
