Are we seeing way more flea flickers this year or am I just imagining it?

Seems like I see one every other game lately. Anyone notice the same?

Not in the games I’ve watched.

I think LSU and the Saints have run it 2-3 times, combined. Just saw it from UF.

Northwestern and Louisville have run it today. Indiana and Miami too. Iowa last night.

Bridgewater threw a FF touchdown with the Panthers. Its stood out a little to me watching highlights this season.

Silly question, but why don't teams run flea flickers multiple times per game?

I rarely see the actual flip back cause some kind of huge failure, so why not run it more?

That’s kind of what I was hoping to go with this. Perhaps teams have looked at it and realized it’s a reasonable option. Nothing more than PA of sorts.

Damn. I wish someone with far more time and the access would tell us if this was actually a thing or just recency bias.

Well the volume is up for sure, that makes sense with more plays/game across the board. Now, is the pct up as well. That's a research project

Trying to create social distancing for the wide receivers from the cornerbacks.
