where do you usually stay at?

Palms Place, but this year I stayed at Trump/Red Rock in addition to Palms Place

I like Palms Place because its easily accessible, free parking + and I can self park right at the entrance for free, good view of the strip, close enough to the strip to be near the action yet far away enough to not be suffocated by the crowds/traffic. Plus it has a microwave, stove and fridge

I definitely am more of an NFL fan but I still like college a lot.

For me it has to do with how controlled the NFL is. There is a lot of effort to level the playing field for all of the teams (waivers, draft order, salary cap, etc) so your team always has a chance to win it all. In college this just isn't the case. There are teams who, no matter what, will never have the opportunity. Ever. The sport is unbelievably top-heavy, and it's at it's all-time worst right now with that. I'm pretty young (mid-20s) so we're now at the point where LSU has been Bama's bitch for close to half of my life.. I find it increasingly difficult to care about the sport when Bama is just going to continue to have the most talent, the best coaching, etc and nothing will stop them from doing that

As an LSU fan I just feel like I should go into hibernation until Saban dies

if anything id say that CFB has more parity than ever. Wouldnt call it top heavy at all. I mean look at past decades, lost of parity today

Well as long as you believe it, that's all that matters.

Hate to break it to you, but there are plenty of boards here that have jack shite to do with college football.

There are far less NFL teams so its easier to follow. There are more year round shows supporting it. Team starters change slowly over time and not every 2 seasons. The casual fan can keep up with the NFL and feel knowlegable with little effort.

Similar to the Saints vs LSU. You see people every day wearing Saints gear that really dont know crap about football, but can name most the key starters. LSU to follow the same way you have to listen to talk radio and read.

Plus the whole 3 game preseason, 16 game season plus playoffs mean you get to see more.

ya in my experiences NFL ONLY fans are the lowest of the low IQs

i think part of it is just a rebellion against college ball because they never attended

I would say there are more football ignorant NFL fans than college. That's especially true now because of fantasy football.
