Damn, baw made it. I seriously thought he was dead. Those paramedics were able to save his life. Incredible.

It's out there, but it isn't an easy watch.

I can't wait for Larry Leo's "Watch this soccer player almost die on the field" article in "Sports Lite".

Glad to hear he’s made it through. Was at a junior hockey game where a player suffered a bruised heart that led to a heart attack. The defibrillator ultimately saved his life but seeing the cpr being done was crazy

The video of him collapsing wasn’t they bad. You knew something was wrong. Them performing cpr and using the defibrillator was haunting. Glad he’s alive.

I remember Roland Ratzenberger’s wreck the day before Senba died at Imola. His head was lolling around and it looked like he was knocked out.

They got him out and started frantic cpr. That was rough to watch.

The CEO of his club team said he did not have Covid or the vaccine while with the team.

The coach of Denmark criticized national teams for not vaccinating players.

The “Eriksen had the vaccine on May 31 and almost died” seems like anti-Vax wishcasting.

This is why I thank the Lord everyday that AEDs are damn near ubiquitous now. AEDs are lifesavers.

He hit the deck eyes wide open. 15 years ago we'd probably be reading his obituary right now.

Modern medicine is incredible.

What medicine did they give him?

I watched it live and it was CPR and the AED that saved his heart and life

Medicine is our sum knowledge of treatment and care, not just drugs.

AEDs, for example, are "modern medicine."

Honestly no more gratifying of a feeling than the fact that I have literally touched equipment that has saved lives. I maintained the AEDs and LP20 defibrillators at Children's of Alabama for 9 years, and on multiple occasions equipment with my signature on it meant the difference between life and death.

The Danish captain should be getting some form of honour

Ran over, checked his airwaves were clear and was the first one to start CPR on him.

I think it took the medics about 8 seconds from when he hit the deck to get there which in itself is incredible given they were the other side of the pitch.

It took 22 seconds from the time he hit the ground for them to get there. That's still really quickly considering they had to grab their bags and run from the opposite side of the field.
