I don't think Dabo's schtick will work in the NFL; much like Saban, who had some issues dealing with paid players.

I’d be pissed if I were Lawrence and that happened to me honestly. I wouldn’t want to move up just to hear the same thing I’ve been hearing the last 3 years regardless of who it is.

As an NFL HC, would you work for an owner that has full control over player personnel ? This is Jerry Jones 2.0 and a set-up for failure.
