Nevada case was bogus. She was an obsessed stalker, which came out because her boyfriend's wife catfished her as revenge, and after the allegation, the jilted wife gave their chat logs to Ben's lawyers. She also finished her shift the night of the alleged incident instead of going home like she claimed.
Milledgeville was a bad, bad look.

CSB but I actually lived in Findlay in HS and worked at the restaurant where they had a burger named after him. He was good family friends with the owner. He would come to town with his OL buddies and they would destroy massive amounts of food. Ben was always a huge a-hole to almost everyone who came up to him and said something.
