Nah the loophole is he can wear it if it’s under 10 years old. But they stopped making them before that so I’m not sure how that’s going to work

I thought it was they didn't test helmets more than 10 years old, hence the helmet is not allowed.

Seems like the NFL could get the player to sign some sort of indemnity agreement. If the player is too stupid to wear something for his own safety then let him be.
