Nobody wants a forfeit. Nobody gets paid if there is a forfeit. Players don't want to lose a game check. They will reschedule if it is possible..

How many dozens or 100s of athletes have tested positive across the NBA, NFL, MLB, CFB, etc...

Has even 1 of these athletes not had a normal recovery and was 100% pretty shortly afterwards?

Not that I have heard.

The only one I have seen is the Jags RB Armstead. He was supposed to be the guy after Fournette, got COVID and had some complications with it.

This is a must watch game

Saints haven’t had a must watch game since the fricking Goodell gave us in the NFC Champ game, in fact, they will never have another must watch game

Maybe it is a charade, idk

But the NFL and the NFLPA agreed to a protocol. The Broncos broke that protocol. Time to suffer the consequences.

You're one of those people who want to speak to the manager of a grocery store when someone with 16 items tries to check out in the 15 item or less lane aren't you.

Really? So a person nitpicking in the express lane is the same as breaking a collectively bargained agreement between 2 parties?

Lol ok

if the NFL ever implements contract tracing, etc and postponements due to the flu or any other viruses, we may never see a full 53 player vs. 53 player game again.

?Sources: Denver Broncos' bid to start assistant coach at QB denied by league

The Denver Broncos are expected to start undrafted rookie practice squad wide receiver Kendall Hinton at quarterback Sunday against the New Orleans Saints, but the team wanted their starting QB to be Rob Calabrese, their offensive quality control coach for the past two years, sources told ESPN on Sunday.

Denver felt that Calabrese had the strongest command of its offense and he could run the system better than anybody, sources told ESPN. The league denied those requests that were made throughout the day Saturday, saying that the Broncos could not activate a coach to their active roster.
The NFL doesn't want coaching staffs being storage areas for potential players.

They don’t, but the QB who tested positive didn’t have one on either.
