He is going to get his money either way. I don't know how much insurance will pick up or the team will get, in the way of cap relief.
I hope they look at a vet to bring in, as this draft is not very deep with QBs. I have been wanting Tyrod Taylor for awhile. But there is a rumor that the Browns are going to franchise him, so that teams have to trade something for him. He would be pretty solid, if the Skins can stay healthy..
