Or maybe his much-publicized demand for a 4-year contract was denied, the Bengals franchised him against his wishes, and now he is 'taking a shite on the GM's desk'. That would be my guess.

Maybe they should've traded him two years ago when they had the chance. He hasn't been himself for a while. Can't all of a sudden pin everything on him.

You misspelled average QB play with a horrendous Oline to go with it.

The only thing I'm pinning on him is that he is 184th of 191 receivers in catch rate in the NFL. And he is.

And 184th is pathetic for a prime target WR

Keep posting about him being trash and maybe you'll wish it into existence.

They're a bottom 3 line in the league.

Both Burrow and the line can be terrible, those aren’t exclusive.

And what’s their pass blocking grade, because running block grade means frick all in this conversation.

And Herbert > Burrow.

What isn't exclusive about it?

Herbert can be good without Burrow being trash. Both can be successful. These aren't mutually exclusive.

You're just moving the goalposts.

For the season, Burrow has been average compared to all QBs.

For the season, the Oline has been terrible compared to all Olines.

No one is talking about Herbert, that's irrelevant to your shite Bengals takes.

Cute, but one has played like a top 12ish guy and the other has played like a bottom 5 guy.

There is nothing to point towards this being true. He is below average at best across the board.

He isn't bottom 5 in a single statistic, except for sacks. You know, the one that involves the offensive line sucking.

And Burrow's completion percentage is a respectable 66.6%. A little bit better than Aaron Rogers, Patrick Mahomes, Tom Brady, and Baker Mayfield.

So, I'd go along with about average in most facets. Not so bad for a rookie QB playing for a struggling franchise.

Herbert is irrelevant to this discussion and Burrow certainly hasn't played like a bottom 5 QB, but you know that.

Time to move the goalposts, just wait for it...
