He coached Peyton Manning 1 year and led the Bears to the 18th ranked offense one year. Hes done nothing in his career but be young.

they weren't terrible this year considering their team was made up of nobody's. If your QB cant play an entire season ever, then its about time to move on from him too.

He's still extremely highly regarded in the NFL and among his peers which is all that matters. Dude will have a ton of offers from teams lined up wanting him.

He did have a nice record with a healthy Tannehill. Think it’s like 15-5 or something like that.
