This may be the most inconsistent pels team of all time. They've beaten every playoff team in the west, some more than once, they've beaten I think every playoff team in the east, and have sooooo many bad losses to bottom teams in the league. Stan gets a bad rap for bad roster construction. There's no true starting pg on this team and no consistent 3pt shooters, no elite wing defender.

Firing him after 3 of 4 years in the conf finals doesn't seem like something Ainge would do. Celts got a big back to back with the Heat coming up to avoid the play in.
I'm digging the play in so far, it's added drama to a shitty regular season.
