I've seen this mentioned on this site for years and I want to be in on the joke now. What's the story behind this?

Same, but all we are going to get is some smart arse comments and retarded memes that will still leave us wondering about the great mystery that is Craig James and all of his hookers...
This is an exciting projection and makes us all proud of the state of the defense in the LSU football program. we should be hard to score on.
On the other hand, there is a huge talent disparity with our offense. How many on the offense will play in the NFL? A few, for sure (esp. at skill positions), but we just don't recruit as well for our offense.
This does not appear to be markedly better under Orgeron than it was under Miles.
frick it, went and looked for myself:

On July 19th, 2011, American college football coach Mike Leach's memoir book Swing Your Sword: Leading the Charge in Football and Life[2] was released. In the book, Leach criticized the retired NFL player and sports commentator Craig James and his son Adam for being instrumental in Leach’s suspension from coaching the Texas Tech football team in December of 2009. The same day as the release of the book, the football news blog Every Day Should Be Saturday[1] published a post titled “The Curious Index”, which included a screenshot of a defaced Wikipedia page claiming that Craig James “killed five hookers during his time at SMU.”

It’s become viral and since no one likes Craig James no one tries to disprove it.
