disagree, BCS gets it right >90% of the time. That is better than college BB IMO.

I'd much rather it be a panel of people that live, eat, and breathe college football. The kind of guy that has a whole room in his house dedicated to his team. Has his DVR chock full of games every week. Alienates and ignores his children when a Top 25 game is on.
I can deal with biases of the heart, but not biases of the wallet or a direct correlation of their job performance.

I've never been a fan of the BCS. Obviously you lose some objectivity with a committee, but IMHO the metrics used in the BCS were always skewed to begin with. I like the idea of an 8 team playoff system, and I am hoping we will get there some day. Don't have a problem with any of the committee members, either.
