You mean the Federal Reserve Board of Governors?

I expect they'll meet.

It depends on unemployment numbers. The fed came out and said that the good unemployment numbers suggested there was some room for some more growth so if things bottom out,!id expect a rate increase.

Quarter point raise and signal that more is coming.

This is so clear. Yellen has been holding off for over a year now. Keeping with Obama's history he will throw a temper tantrum on his way out.

What will it do to bonds if they raise rates just a quarter point? Should I be getting out of bonds in my retirement plan?

The movement has already been priced in for a December rate hike. Market is expecting it. I would be more worried about what they have to say with future rate hikes after the December meeting.
