I’m staying away from REITs and utilities. Buying PM and PG. REALLY liked them when PM was at 4.25 and PG was at 3.5 but you are still really close there.

I’ve got lots of picks. My dividend paying REITS, BDCs and ETFs are paying from 8% to 17%.

Duke Energy, Southern Company, Dominion Energy, Verizon... also look at a REIT index fund and balance it out with a total market index fund.
