I need a recommendation on an excel based "daily time management template".

A search on the web has offered limited results that seemed satisfactory.

You need excel for this? How about quit fricking around on the internet and get to work/to the gym/get to class/study/etc. I don’t see how excel is needed, unless your trying to easily calculate how many hours/day you are piddledicking around.

Could build whatever you want in like 15 minutes.

This. Unless he's paying me, then it'll be at least a day.

Time Management is a fricking myth.

You CANNOT manage time. It just is. You can only manage your projects (a project is anything that requires two or more steps to compete).

Work on your project management and the rest falls in place.

I agree you cannot manage physical time, you cannot create more time. The key is you ability to use time effectively.

I think your definition of a project is a little loose.

A project is a temporary endeavor in which a unique product or service is created. One could file paperwork all day long (which has multiple steps) but is not a project.

Are you able to delegate? It was the best time management factor in my career.

Do you really mean time management or are you just looking to track your time because you bill out to clients?
