Tech Stock - Work-at-Home

I am employed by a global engineering firm, >50,000 employees. Roughly 5,000 are now working from home. Recent "Town Hall" sessions led by our CEO and COO have made multiple comments on how COVID is accelerating how we do business, i.e. less in office employees.
Communications will continue to be a must, increasing as the work-at-home changes take place. Excluding the big boys MSFT/CSCO/APPLE/T etc. who is in position to take advantage of these opportunities?
