I'll just be low IQ and let you continue. I've never said I'd commit a felony, I'm asking for opinions on tax rather than your constant opinion of bitcoin. Like stop already. I don't sound low IQ at all. You just want to continue to be silly because I don't own BITCOIN which is the problem. You clearly stated your position on the first page and you just can't get past that. You'd rather spend years arguing that point then actually stepping out side the box. Real objective. I'm not crapping on bitcoin, I want it to continue so I can find success. I'm not acting nothing like you are saying, I'm asking a question and the bitcoin lovers just want to defend this like to their last breath. I'm hoping someone had some insight. I don't care what IP address they find, or they link to me because I stated several times I'm not going to do anything illegal. I've been in business over 20 years and follow the rules of paying my taxes despite how I don't want to pay that much. You guys are butt hurt because I simply stated that I don't own Bitcoin and it just upsets you guys. I don't think you can see it with any other view. In calling me names you can't see how you are doing the same thing you are saying about me. Look, I wasn't smart enough to buy it as low as you guys so I found a diff way. What pisses you off some much that you have to ruin a thread that's not about bitcoin?????????? WHY????? Start your own thread and sing the praises of bitcoin. I just asked about a diff topic.

bro i could give two shits if you dont like btc or even think its going to fail, had nothing to do with what i said.
I play shitcoins every damn day just like you. IMO you would have to be stupid not to play them. I am happy as frick you made your money, still think you are douche for not sharing the plays, especially not before hand. Plenty of us share our info we get.
i gave you the exact layout of your options. there are no other options and you are going to have to pay unless you are willing to become a felon since you did it on a KYC exchange.
if you didnt do kyc exchange and are willing to give up US citizensship its possible, other than that, only possible if you are willing to committ felony.

a) share your plays helps people here and more people buy the token making prices go up
b) if these are real gains and not just paper gains, well he has already sold...what possible reason on earth is there to not share now?

One thing I thought of was to go buy the most expensive Tesla out there with Bitcoin. Since you aren’t selling the Bitcoin, seems like there isn’t a capital gain but that’s just speculation on my part. Now that Elon no longer accepts Bitcoin, Tesla is out but I think some BMW dealerships accept it as payment.
