Swiss Gold Global 2.0

Have any of you been propositioned to invest in Swiss Gold Global 2.0? You pay a monthly or yearly fee to invest in group that does Bitcoin and Ethereum mining. At least this is my understanding of how it supposedly works. It seems like a pyramid scheme to me, but I was wondering if anyone thought differently. It's always suspicious when someone you haven't seen since highschool hits you up to get involved in a business or investment.
