Nah there’s been some real nice entry spots past few days. I think they’re getting caught in the wash of the overall downturn.

Last day to get into SHLL, vote for merger is Monday.

Been taking a beating the last week moving to merge, pretty solid entry from the highs we’ve seen

So I am still a little timid - holding minor position in sbe warrants (still out of money), hcac common, lgc warrants as it looks like free money if deal goes through and looking to open TRNE after the fall.

Rest have left the station I think

Not quite sure how I'll play the SHLL and GRAF merger yet. Most probably will just sell all my commons on the pump this week but hang on to warrants till called for.

That was one hell of a drop last Thursday. The SEC chairman's comments spooked everyone, but I believe transparency and more disclosure to potential investors is a positive thing. I recall two other big SPAC rout the past few months but obviously didn't kill the market. Nice recovery Friday especially for those who bought the dips. Hopefully the SPAC frenzy will keep trucking along.

I hold positions in all of the above. Largest in SBE and TRNE. Once more of the recent mergers go through, that money will flow more into these late Q4 SPACs.

- I'll share Qell with my fellow MTer and lurkers. Not trading yet but I plan to park quite a bit in it speculatively. There has been zero talks of it so hopefully it will stay under the radar until after I load up.

I’m pretty big on SPACs as well. For some reason I think the SEC catches on to the easiness of making money with limited downside when buying common stock close to the 10 dollar floor and nixes it all.

If you have discord the channel International Spac Station is very informative, albeit sophomoric.

Why the lack of love in the market for TRNE? I know it is above NAV but seems to be a leader in a burgeoning area.

I keep wondering the same thing. Maybe it’s the stigma associated with “3D printing”.

Whatever it is, I hope it continues for a couple more months. I’m gonna take a big chance on desktop metals.

It’s not a meme stock such as Electric vehicles, sports gambling, fintech, etc.

Doesn't have the EV hype. I just keep buying more every time it gets under $11.

You are more patient then I am - Just opened my position (low 11's).

Kicking myself on SBE - Mistimed it and bought the warrants high on initial LOI and then wimped out on the drop. Just have some warrants in high 4's - hopefully will still do OK, but last week was the opportunity and I pulled a Nadler.

What is your take on HCAC?

OK waiting for it to get called or OK long term? They already announced the merger right?

Not too bullish on their business model. The skateboard tech is the x-factor. Low risk at this point so I'll hold to see if they gain traction or release news prior to merger.

I bought HCAC at 10.40 (it stayed there for two days after confirmation) and got out as soon as it hit 11 dollars.

It may eventually become a stud if transportation as a service industry takes off but I don’t like the subscription business model either. And the vehicles are horrendous looking.

Ok getting called - I think the warrants are by definition a short term play as they become callable when the common shares trade over $18 for 20 of 30 trading days (beginning 30 days after business combination closes).

My bet is presuming that threshold will be in play late Q4 early Q1.

Although I have not opened a common stock position, that would be the long term play and I think it is valid one from what I have seen. These tech plays have rich valuations but this is really a legit established company that can use these proceeds to mushroom.

Vehicles do look bad and not a fan of subscription either. Short term bump or nothing is my hope

Lordstown showed off their Endurance truck today on the south lawn of the Whitehouse. DPHC (soon to be RIDE once the merger is complete) skyrocketed today with this news/demonstration. Pretty huge publicity for the Endurance truck and Lordstown.

And here's the press-release/video with Trump and the Endurance.
