I was in here a couple of months ago saying it would hit 200 but I don't think so any more (any time soon anyway). Been reading too much about how users are spending less time on the platform.

Still made about 30% in a year's time...not bad.

I think it'll get to $200. Only place we may disagree is what your definition of "soon" is.

I'm holding FB. If they didn't own Insta as well I'd have sold.

Read today that Instagram usage is down too.

I bought a robotics ETF with my FB proceeds.

I saw that statistic as well and thought it was interesting.

I think all of the fang stocks will have their issues soon and I missed the easy train ride by a year or two. Of course I could be wrong, but my 401k has enough shares of them to where I’m not going to add them to my personal accounts.

I bought in at around $65 and sold out at $165. No regrets.

About 8 years ago i was told FB had the best project managers in the business. I couldn't believe such a young company could be so principled in their management so quickly. I wish i had listed and bought at IPO. I do own some now and don't plan on selling anytime soon. They've got some smart people running the show.

Pretty sure I heard that face book, and also Twitter, CEO's were selling their own stock in the company.

1- that's easily verifiable
2- doesn't always means what you're assuming

I have cousins who are 15 and 13. They think FB is for old people and have no intention on creating an account. Their core users are maturing and posting less with no influx of young users to push them forward. They’re lucky they have Instagram.

Do you have more data than that anecdotal piece of information?

Insider trading info shows Zuckerberg sold a couple of million shares during the last month after exercising some options, considering his total holding not very significant. Stock sales by other corporate officers were also not significant. In July 2017 insider stock sales of FB were more than double what they have been for the last month.

Even though it slowed down a bit, Facebook still had user growth of 2.2% in Q4 and now has 1.4 billion daily active users

It's not going anywhere anytime soon.
