Construction loan monitoring is a type of consulting I saw utilized in Las Vegas, and all of the consultants I knew doing it were pretty young. They would take copious photos and videos of construction progress and write reports regarding compliance with plans for the project as requests for disbursements were made by the contractors.

I have a SEP, and just do a one time contribution per year... I just did it for 2013. My guy told me this year's max is $12,0000. (last year was 11500)

how is self employed defined for a sep. ex. I am president of my real estate co. I am the only EE. I have about 8 single family homes and 4 open lots. am I self employed for sep purposes.
