As you said, people will lose money. As I said, that goes with any investment types every done. But I ask, what investment types have ever offered the returns we've seen these last few years other than crypto?

I bought in on LTC and ETH at basically their highest prices. I know I should hold them as they'll be fine long term, but i just like messing with the alt coins. Getting the urge to dump both for some alt coins. It's one of those where I know it's not wise, but it's just house money and I feel like it would be more fun....this is how I'll probably lose my stash in crypto.

What are you talking about? This is a thread specific to Ripple not crypto in general.

XRP has gone up more than 8x its value in 1 month. That's still not really a dime a dozen type money making venture.

I got in early and realistically I probably should pull some out at $2...well it's over that now but you get the point.
It may cost me but i'm being emotional and going to hold a bit longer.
I wouldn't buy in now, it's on an insane run today.

i transferred some ETH from coinbase to binance earlier, took about 30 mins before it started confirming for some reason.

I got in late on Iota, mostly for the same reason like Cody, waititng on money to get into CB for me. I spotted it at $.80 but didn't buy in until $4.29. I've since sold, and XRP and XLM are my top 2 alt coins at the moment.
