Looking into refinancing my mortgage into a 15 year fixed mortgage. Does anybody think rates will go up or down in the near future?

3.39 right now. Was wishfully hoping for something under 3, but I think I missed the boat on that.

I got 2.625 in late October. They went up the day Trump was elected.

Rates can only go up right now. They will not be going down for awhile.

Closed a 30 year fixed rate RD Loan outnin Baker for 4.25% but I'm almost certain you can still get into the 3's with (excellent) conforming credit. If not, buy your way down using some discount points. Definitely worth it.
