As of this morning its back in the sellers hand to deal with. It sounds like she will forfeit the property and reestablish the boundaries. Once that is complete we will discuss the sale.

Ascension....It's going to be interesting to see if it will be as easy as what I said above considering the politics going on at the moment.

I would go to the neighbor and try to work something out. Be friendly and honest and it will go along way.


My dad was in long drawn out legal battle just because my uncle was a greedy bastard. If he had been honest with my dad in the beginning it wouldn't have been such a big deal.
