Just go with the Marcus product from Goldman. It’s 2.25% and no hassle.

I also have a Marcus account for high yield savings. Ultimately I was looking at Marcus, Barclays, and Citi.

Unless something has changed since I last looked, I believe Citi's high yield savings requires that you have other Citi accounts as well and I didn't feel like switching over other banking services from Chase. Otherwise I likely would've went with Citi.

Between Marcus and Barclays I only chose Marcus because it's U.S. based which is probably irrelevant but I figured maybe that will make it more likely than Barclays to branch out into other products or services that could interest me in the future.

I use PNC with 2.33%. Only bad thing is transfers take near a week but all money I put into it are not meant to be used on impulse
