I get about a dozen letters a week about VA streamline refi's. Todays letter, from clearpath lending, was the lowest I've seen, 1.75/1.98 APR. Previously, the lowest rate anybody had approached me about was 2.25. Anybody gotten similar rates lately? Anyone used clearpath before?

No information in the letter about closing costs or points.

I can also give you a quote for comparison - and estimated closing costs and/or escrows. Just need estimated value, amount left on the loan and estimated credit score

Anyone doing jumbo refis? Last I checked no one was pushing this product. Trying to see if that’s changed.

Damn, I just recently closed on a 15-yr 1.875% Refi about a week ago. Maybe my timing wasn't great after all

Got 2 and 7/8ths on a 360 term at the end of June. Even if it dropped lower I’m beyond happy.
