I’ve been following the Current Mortgage Rates thread closely as I’m building a house. My construction is nearing its end and it’s time to lock in a rate. I’ve asked one of the main players in that thread and I don’t believe he/she can help in KY.
Anyone else on here feel like or able to quote a mortgage in KY for a mortgage roughly 50-60% LTV? 750+ credit scores.

Unfortunately, after one incident, I am not involved in mortgage financing. Although humanly I would like to help. But there is no certainty that even if we sign some papers with you that they will really guarantee something.

If you are in Western Kentucky have you tried River Valley Ag Credit? They are in Paducah, Murray, Mayfield area.
It is a Farm Credit co-op, but they do a lot of home mortgages.
