Mint Sync Error with Hancock Whitney

Is anyone having trouble syncing their Hancock Whitney accounts to Mint ever since HW updated their online accounts?

I’m locked out of my Whitney account and I’ve been on the phone with customer service. They’re having issues.

I'm guessing you may need to change the sourcing for the whitney link-up. I'm able to access my account (originally Whitney) but I have to click on the Hancock portion now. I use the same info, but link through the "Hancock Personal Account" section. Not sure that is your issue, but that is what happened to me.

My Mint just lost my Fidelity accounts and they can't figure out why. It also will not let me add them back.

I like mint but it seems to suck pretty bad at syncing in general.
