Louisiana State Income Tax Refund

Any one know how long the state takes to refund your excess payment for state income tax that was filed direct through H&R Block software?

Filed first week of March with Turbo Tax. Refund received in about a month.

State has always been slow for me - I always assumed it's because Louisiana can't manage its budget.

Minimum 30 days from acceptance. The state was slow to accept returns for a while.

Haven't got mine yet but went ahead and pull out what's coming back and put it on SSL and SAVE.

Have you gotten any letters or notices? That's not normal. Something was pulled for review and it's probably sitting in a stack somewhere, they are behind with all the shutdowns.
Did you have any weird credits or anything?
You might try calling them, morning is usually best.
