Ok... Been reading the report...etc here it is:
First.. LMAO the things you learn while trading. Who knew there could be a helium shortage?
Which turns out to be a major problem in many fields
Used in medical field, laboratory particle accelerators — sometimes called atom smashers — that use electromagnetic fields to send changed particles at high speeds for physics research.
Helium also is used in space flight to pressurize the fuel tanks of liquid-fueled rockets, in satellite instruments, in aerospace for supersonic wind tunnels and even combined with oxygen to create nitrogen-free atmospheres for deep sea divers.
Without helium, there would be no weather balloons and no Goodyear Blimps, the oblong blue and silver airships that float over sports stadiums on game day.
A big reason for the shortage is that about 75% of all the helium comes from just three places: Ras Laffan Industrial City in Qatar, ExxonMobil in Wyoming and the National Helium Reserve in Texas, according to gas-trade publication Gasworld.com.
In Texas, the reserves are being depleted, while at the same time overall demand for the gas has been growing.
BACK TO THIS Trade. I am now looking to get in. Will post my entry.

Party City now expects 2019 revenue in the range of $2.35 billion to $2.38 billion, down from $2.40 billion to $2.45 billion it forecast earlier.
Harrison said annual results would also include an impact from helium shortages, higher freight and distribution costs.
Party City cut its full-year earnings forecast to 84 cents to 91 cents per share, much lower than its prior range of $1.26 to $1.36 per share.
Analysts were expecting annual profit of $1.26 per share and revenue of $2.4 billion, according to IBES data from Refinitiv.
Third-quarter revenue fell 2.3% to $540.2 million, coming below the Wall Street expectations of $551.1 million, mainly hit by shortages in helium gas, known as a party gas used to fill balloons and make the voice squeaky.

Just curious, but since you mentioned this was a trade, what’s your timeline and profit target for this?

Not actually in it yet. Looking for the entry still. If I get in it will be a hold for 6 to 12 months. I will set my stops. And as usual with these, I will sell half when and if it equals my investment back. Retain the rest.
EDIT: Order filled at $2.24

That’s cool. You’ve got a plan.

Yep. These aren't day trades. Btw... I missed the entry price. Lol!!!
It dropped to 2.04. And already back to 2.16. I hate being wrong.

When was the last time you saw real balloons at a car dealership?

How long do you plan on holding? or what is your plan?
Edit: sorry, I'm just seeing you said 6-12 months

Yeah 6 to 12 months. I just adjusted my stop loss to $2.49. That's a .25 per share profit if something were to happen.
