That's 10 to 12% growth, which I will be ecstatic about.
However, if "only" 8% occurs, over 10 years, I'm still very happy with the purchase - even if the stock is under $200.

I think the growth will exceed 12% on the sheer basis of the US dollar losing value. Bernanke has printed way too much, the next fed chair will too.
The dollar will fall into oblivion, and I feel this company which takes basically income in every currency against the dollar will not only thrive but prosper very much so. I don't really see too much in the way of long term strengthening US dollar to make me feel otherwise
Take last quarter, they missed earnings only on a currency fluctuation, they technically beat earnings by a penny, the USD strengthening is a anomaly, there is no way it can strengthen over time at the rate we're piling on debt and printing. The chickens will come home to roost at some point and I feel very excited to hold such a big position in basically a hedge against the USD.
and FWIW, they project $731 and $6.81 dividend for Visa in 2022, staggering growth. Almost 500% on the dividend and 400% on the shares. They project $71.35 and 3.66 dividend for altria, see it doesn't have the growth of PM.

Visa only looks good upon deeper inspection. However, as you have pointed out, they have lots of room for growth. The only competitor for Visa is Mastercard.
