Is Adaptimmune Theraputics (ADAP): cure for cancer or a pump-n-dump?

Are clinical results like this fairly common, or are they possibly sitting on the cure for cancer?

It hit a 52 week high today, so I’m a little worried about buying on the wring side of a pump and dump.
