I need a recruiter/headhunter

There are a couple of jobs in my arena that I know are coming open by the end of the year. I can not reach out myself for various reasons. I need someone who can reach out to these specific organizations, help me clean up my resume, and perhaps negotiate the salary/benefits package if it comes to that...specific area is nonprofit healthcare, but I don't necessarily think the recruiter would need a ton of experience in that area to be successful...
Any recommendations?

This is the only valuable service LinkedIn provides.

Create LinkedIn account and they’ll hound you

Sad that you millennials will jump ship and quit your job and go down the road to whoever offers the most tide pods. Many of us boomers have given 40 years of valiant service to our respective companies

I’ve got 12 stickers on the back window of my truck from those dozen years I’ve spent at The Company. Burnin and Earnin.

Recruiter/Headhunters message me on LinkedIn all the time and I have barely anything on my profile.

I believe in a right to work. I have a right to work for you. I also have a right to go work for someone else.
plus experience with several companies is more valuable than one for 40 years. you know how to solve more problems that way and are better rounded.

And how’s that working out for you? I would guess you’ve left a considerable amount of money on the table. And I’m 46, not a millennial.
If you still work for a company that has a pension and retirement plan outside a 401k then probably the smart thing to do. Otherwise, definitely leaving money on the table

Yep. Golden handcuffs indeed.
12 years until full retirement eligibility. Without a doubt leaving some money on the table currently, just how much is one of the questions I need answered.

Sorry, I was more asking the guy above saying he’s been in the same job for 40 years and millennials will jump for anything etc etc.

Everything is negotiable. If you are going to give up a pension or a large number of unvested RSUs, then any new employer is going to have to bring a lot of cash to the table to close the deal. Not a 1:1 match but it's going to need to be material enough to make me give up what I've already got.

What you're asking for is much harder than I think you realize. There's no way to know if a recruiter/agency works with the specific organizations you're talking about, and even if they do, you're much more likely to get the position applying yourself than through a recruiter.
Agencies/companies get paid 20% of your 1st year salary as a finders fee should you go that route and accept the job so look at this this way.
You and another candidate have the same experience, knowledge, etc. and are asking for the same pay (we'll use $100k for simplicity's sake):
You: 100k + 20% fee = 120k first year salary
Person X: 100k first year salary
Recruiters/agencies are great for when they reach out to you but it's going to be extremely tough to navigate what you're asking.
That being said, I'd need to know what you actually do within healthcare. If you're a medical provider, Comphealth is far and away the largest healthcare recruiting agency and thus most likely to already have a relationship/contract with whatever organization(s) you have in mind.
eta: I should add that I've been out of healthcare for a few years now so what companies may be best could've changed since then. But while I was in that field, Comphealth (and their sister company Weatherby) were the largest

That makes sense. I'm an administrator, non provider.
The specific job I'm targeting is c-suite....figured the recruiter could at least reach out and see if they'd be interested in outside candidates. Over the last 5-10 years, maybe 5 of these jobs have come open, and all but 1 were hired internally. That 1 was hired from a sister organization.

If you find a headhunter to get you a C-suite, pass along their info ...
