Why is this announcement being made at the Dome?
I am aware of several irons in the fire... any of which would be a huge boost for the area... but none of them make sense for it to be announced at the Dome.

I'm really intrigued by the announcement. I have a hard time believing any major corp would want a substantial NOLA presence currently. The infrastructure & current human talent leaves much to be desired at this point.
