I am currently an MBA student looking for a job. Just found a posting about an HR Generalist. Anyone have any experience with this field? Any idea about pay grade?

In HR, I wouldn't expect much at entry level. maybe 50k given your MBA?

I know some travel ball teams that would probably pay higher.

My experience with professional and college sports teams - there are so many people that want to work in those professions that they can pay a lot lower.

I had a communications student who was offered two jobs out of college.

Media Relations Assistant at an SEC school and Public Relations entry level at a mid-size corporation.

The latter offered nearly 2x what the former did. But the former had a lot more apply.

I'd think an HR Generalist with an MLB team with your MBA would be in the 45k-50k range.
