Help from any BTC pros re: paper wallet

I have some BTC on a paper wallet where the QR codes are now too faded to scan as needed to "retrieve" and use the funds via an exchange.
I do, however, have the private key numbers/letters for the paper wallet (i.e., which are below the QR code).
I have tried Blockhain, Coinbase and Breadwallet, but none appear to allow you to manually input the private key code, rather than scanning the QR code, as needed to make the funds from the paper wallet accessible.
Does anyone know where or how I can do so?

I lost a lot of ECA because I lost my paperwallet sad I had like 5 million or so
