I have a relative whom is 60, looking to get health insurance. She is getting quotes of ~$1,350/month. Is this average an average rate? Any advice will be deeply appreciated.

She should look into a sharing ministry. Much cheaper and can tie her over until she's Medicare age.

I was thinking that non-share types were going to be in the 1200+ range. She’s been paying ~700 for cobra, but the 3 year period is almost over.

Look into Aliera Care, basically an healthcare membership at a fraction of the cost. It is ACA exempt as well. Great product with many options.

I do sell it if you have any questions but not trying to promote business over TD.
