Has anyone read any of these investment books before?

The Intelligent Investor by Benjamin Graham
The Essays of Warren Buffett by Warren Buffet
Beating the street by Peter Lynch
If so, which ones did you read and which would you recommend?
I'm taking a student managed investment portfolio class this semester and these were listed on the syllabus as "recommended readings"
Normally, when I see "recommended readings" I ignore it and don't bother buying. But this is a class I'm pretty interested in and I see a great opportunity to learn more about a area that I plan on using in the near future.

Haven't read the second one but the first and last are solid. The first one is pretty much required reading for anyone with even an inkling of investing interest

I've read all of them.
The first is by far the most thorough, and practical, but be prepared to fall asleep after about 5 pages. It's like reading a textbook.
The 2nd can be widdled down to only a few essays (which are all available for free online), as these are annual essays to investors, and much of the information is repeated. I would just look at significant years (recessions, big returns, large Berkshire purchases, etc) to get Buffet's take on those events.
The third is definitely the easiest and most fun to read as I recall. Lynch basically boils it down to picking 5 or so up and coming stocks, holding for the long term, and focusing solely on researching those stocks. All you need to do is hit 1 or 2 out of the 5 and you're good.
At least that's what I remember. Good luck.

Definitely read intelligent investor and securities analysis by Graham. Those are staple value investing books. I'm currently reading the Aggressive Conservative Investor which is solid
