I was a squeaky wheel. It helped. She should call them directly. They will answer because I talked to them this week, so I’m speaking from experience.

I just re-applied using the "quick funding" option. After 30 days, my original, itemized application isn't out of the 'pending application expense review'. When I first applied, the max was only $5k for the quick funding. If I don't get an update in a week or so, I'm calling in.

I'd probably call them anyway because I'd be worried about having 2 applications outstanding.

I just called and they basically said that the Quick Relief Application would probably not get approved any faster than the app filed 30 days ago, since they had fewer reviewers than they expected (guess they're busy contact tracing ), so to check the status on both apps and when one gets approved, they'll flag the other one.

Got my check today. Applied 8/23, check received 9/21. Totally worth my time and the wait.

Got anymore insight for those of us still waiting?
When/if you did the spreadsheet they provided, what else did you need to upload?

I did it when it was the full process. I had to upload leases, utility bills, bank statements, insurance decs etc. it was a lot of files. Then all do a sudden on 9/11 they switched me from itemized to quick relief and and a few day’s later I got a letter with my reward. Now I know they are getting 1000+ applications a day now, and they have straight out of school accounting majors going through the apps. It’s gonna take some time.

Got my approval this morning- Application was submitted on 8/18. They closed the application window yesterday, because they expect the pending apps to use the remainder of the $275MM.

I thought I had heard they closed because JBE is moving the money to fund unemployment.

While it wouldn’t be surprising, that’s not what the reports are saying. It’s taking a long time to go through the application process, although I’m not exactly sure why. Receipts and bills were all provided with my application, so it shouldn’t take that long to sort through. I even sent a spreadsheet with monthly totals to make it easier for them.

Anyone else get any updates?
I called and spoke to someone 2 weeks ago who told me that even though I filled out the appeal online, I still had to fill out the same info on the PDF and upload it
Since then, crickets

My wife applied and got an award but not funded. She did not get an EIFL grant but was offered a small loan which she declined. MSRP will not fund because they can't confirm no grant or loan from the SBA. Typical gov't bullshite that you can't get cleared up because bureaucrats don't do anything but blame each other.

So, after several calls over the last couple weeks, I finally got an "award" today.
The manager of the program just called as well. She apologized for how my application was handled and seemed genuine in asking if there was anything else they could do. A little communication goes a long way, no matter what your job.
Hopefully I will be funded soon.

Just got my funding letter. Check is scheduled to be put in the mail tomorrow. Here's to hoping my useless mail carrier doesn't try to deposit it in his/her account first.

Congrats. Don't spend it all in one spot

It's already gone
Had to take a loan late this year to bridge the gap. Paid it off with that check. Feels good to be down a loan payment, but sucks since we are just now catching up for the year.
