Agreed, its best suited for large, mature companies.
It doesn't mean investors aren't wrong and cost don't need to be reigned in at some point. I believe he was given plenty of runway so far.
Don't think large institutional investors won't be equally as big a pain in the arse.

It will be investigated. If he doesn’t have concrete evidence in place regarding $420 price or secured funding, he may find himself in hot water.

True in general, but in Tesla's specific case it's his own hyping that is a big part of why the company is so wildly overvalued and expected to meet crazy numbers.
