Electra (ECA) question

Many of you REALLY pumped this "coin" up on here, and I even bought some, but many of you were pumping it like it was the second coming of Christ.
The questions is how was this coin as high as $866 in June and now its not even worth a cent? Why is it all of a sudden being pumped by the crypto community here and everywhere after bottom dwelling for months but wasn't paid attention to when it was actually trading for higher pricing?
Seems like a classic boiler room / pump and dump may have taken place but no one can dump because the few exchanges with this coin all crashed and haven't been back up.
Just curious what others think and why they pumped this so hard. Where did they get their information from before spreading it to this board? What were their reasons for pumping this coin so hard? What research was used to justify pumping this coin to people here?
Just wondering how a coin less than a penny justifies a $188 million dollar market cap and the hype behind it.

I don't know the answer to any of your questions, but looking at the historical data for the coin, it looks like the total market cap was only $37,000 when the price was listed at $866 (it was only that high for one day, June 11).
So I assume it has something to do with the circulating supply of coins, which is now around 22 billion. And possibly just incorrect info. It appears the true history of the coin should start at July 2.

Just an educated guess, but likely because there was so few in existence.

Many bought in early. Got millions worth of coins. Shilled it to increase the value.
Ignored every legitimate question I had about it.
I even called out the fake Twitter bots shilling it. I was ignored then too.
I GTFO after one day. I truly hope no one loses money on that thing but I haven't paid attention.

Which is why some of the crypto posts here need to be gotten under control. It really seems like this board was being used in an attempted pump and dump.

Welp. That one was, imo. I thought it was pretty disturbing tbh.
It was trading on one low volume exchange where pumping here could actually increase the price

It was just admitted to being a pump and dump attempt in the other thread. Like I said in there, now you have a group of people conspiring together in an off board group then coming here to pump a coin to generate profits for themselves. Not cool at all.

Chicken needs to get ahold of this quickly. People are abusing the system to further their own financial gains after conspiring on another medium to defraud people on this message board.

Y’all need to shut the frick up. A lot of people have a bunch of money invested in this coin. You don’t know what the plans of all the posters are. If you have actual facts then say something. You guys sound jealous because you weren’t in it from the beginning.

I am in it, Darryl, and even posted so much in the OP. I am in it from the beginning to the tune of a million coins so I am way up but I still don't approve of this board being used the way that it looks to have been used.
Thanks for playing, though.

I get what you’re saying. Just don’t consider it a pump and dump. I’m up 20k on this coin. I would already be out if that was the case. Going to take some profits eventually, but holding to see if I can strike it big.
Posted on 1/7/18 at 5:14 pm to rocket31
Probably going to take my $10K profit and run at this point.
Might hold onto a few just in case but doing the math, for this to hit $1, that would require an absurd market cap considering the number of coins. That seems like a pipedream.

Dude you go thread to thread talk down about the coin. Do you have a life? The post I made was actually about you. Seems you have a personal agenda against us with no actual facts to back it up. It’s comes down to, can an individual make money on this coin. Before the issue with coinsmarkets I would’ve said 100% I’m still optimistic but need to see how it rebounds once the site comes back online.

Like I posted, to strike it big on this coin, which I assume is $1 per, that would require an absurd market cap considering the amount of coins available.
