Does anyone have any insight on Globalstar?

I've been holding shares for about a year and a half now. The stock tanked late summer and has been hovering around .80-.90 cents. In the past week it shot up to $1.70, including another 20% gain so far today. They apparently sent a revised proposal into the FCC. Does it have any chance of getting passed? Any thoughts on how much higher it could go if passed?

Been a very happy bagholder the past week. Supposedly the revised draft has received 3 votes from the FCC.

Supposedly they have the votes to get TLPS passed...hence the 100% gain in the past few days

It was crazy- shares halted this morning for like 30 minutes after approval. Once trading resumed it popped again up 13%, then ended up 1% at the end of day. Stock is up about 140% in the past month so it is hard to complain.
