Delisting of Chinese Stocks from US stock Market

What do you think the outcome of this hearing today will bring? Obviously if they do not comply with the standards within 3 years, they will be delisted from US stock market. I have holdings in NIO and it has tanked off this news. I don't want to panic and sell, but something tells me it might be smart to sell the original investment and let the rest ride. What is everyone else's thoughts on what the outcome will be?

I bought 56 shares of NIO @ 3.61 in May. I started hearing news about delisting Chinese stocks from US stock market a few days later and sold at 3.64. Watching NIO is depressing at this point.
