Best place to currently get a "one time close" construction loan in LP area?

looking to build soon, and wondering if anyone here has done a one time close loan recently? TIA

Resource Bank and Gulf Coast Bank will do them.

Hancock Whitney does them

First Gauranty is in Denham if you are in the west and Hammond if you live on the east side. Best rates and product. Hancock Whitney does them but the product at FGB is better.

I do them for First American Bank. 4.75% with one time close and that rate is guaranteed for 15 years after construction.

Bumping this thread as we are just now finally in the process of starting our build. Looking for loan options. Thought I was going to self contract but I have decided against that due to time and work constraints. So we are looking for the best place to get a construction loan.
