BA sinking again- If it goes below $100- is it a NO BRAINER TO JUMP IN?
Got as low as $95 on 3/20.

Then bounced up to the $170+ range

Now at $128

Nothing is a no-brainer. Do your due diligence and you determine if it makes sense to buy at a price point.

Airplanes will fly again and doesn't BA have a lot of military contracts? It's not going away and would seem attractive to me under $100. It almost doubled off the lows on this last bounce so it tells me...unless something changes.... there are investors waiting to get in when market sediment gets bullish again. Always a risk.

if you're willing to hold long enough i'm sure it'll be back well over 200 again one day. They have military contracts and airlines will fly again one day soon.

Buy Boeing.

Also their only competitor, Airbus, has closed factories due to the virus in Spain and Italy. I know they haven't had issues like boeing with the max, but they will go through the same virus issues coming back as well.

Just picked up some @ 123 even. Plan on loading up if it continues down. I have to get some winners to help make back my permanent losses from Whiting and oil stocks.

Anyone know the breakdown of what percentage of Boeing is airplanes vs space and defense?

I'm not really a Boeing fan and almost bought puts when it was at 380 but had never bought puts before and didn't really understand what I was doing.

I only really follow what they are doing in the space sector and they are a DISASTER. They have gone away from focusing on good engineering outsourcing for cheap overseas work. Seems like that is a problem with the plane side of things too.

I wouldn't know the percentages without researching it but what I do know is BA was the darling of the dow before the software flaw with really high price targets so if things get fixed and virus fades...no reason to think it doesn't recover back much higher in time.

If it touches 100, I’m in...

What’s sad, is I inherited a crap ton of Boeing back in the day and sold it all when they had the issues with the Dream Liner. I reinvested into other things, but FML. If I could have foreseen it going up to 350

Of course, I prob would have sold it all at 150 or 200 anyway.

I’d be careful with this one. Even if I’m being unreasonable, I will never ever ever fly on a 737 Max. Goodwill is a huge component of a stock price and they have lost a shite ton

Boeing is decimated. Airlines have cancelled almost all new orders and the 737 Max issue is nowhere near resolved. They be back eventually but it might take a decade to recover if airlines don't bounce back quickly.
