Switched to progressive last year for 3,468 year

Nephew is 20 with one claim (went in ditch) 2012 dodge Ram. for 25/50 was paying 500/mo in La. Put him on my policy here in TN, for 100/300 paying $1050/year.

Unreal how expensive insurance is down there.

I need to start shopping every 6 months as my insurances continues to rise. I mean I've been accident/ticket free for 8 years and it doesn't matter. I started off with a 1k deductible with Progressive paying 120 a month, now I am at a 500 deductible paying 165 a month.
